Desgarrador: políticos y celebridades reaccionan a masacre en Texas

Apenas 35 días después de que un hombre abriera fuego en Las Vegas, causando el tiroteo masivo más grande en la historia moderna de EEUU, un hombre armado ha causado el mismo estrago en una pequeña ciudad de Texas, matando a 26 personas.

Just heard about the new massacre in Texas. I'm sad for the victims, and sad that the US doesn't do anything to fix what's broken here.

It was a white man who slaughtered half of the church in Texas.

That means everything is just fine.

El tiroteo masivo del domingo por la mañana ocurrió dentro de una pequeña iglesia al este de San Antonio.

Los políticos pidieron oraciones y ofrecieron sus condolencias, y expresaron su frustración con las leyes de armas de los EEUU En Twitter, #GunControl estuvo en tendencia el domingo por la tarde como parte de la conversación en las redes sociales sobre lo que sucedió.

El Senador de los Estados Unidos John Cornyn, un republicano de Texas, tuiteó: "Noticias realmente desgarradoras en #Sutherland Springs. Por favor, diga una oración para la Primera Congregación Bautista, los primeros en responder y la comunidad allí"
